Dr. Olayode Agboola
Dr. Olayode AgboolaCritical & Business Thinking
Olayode is an economist and educator with a strong background in economics, econometric analysis, and modelling. He has a proven track record of professional excellence as a teacher, researcher, and marketing executive for a cumulative of 20 years.

He is passionate about sustainable development through enterprise development, economic and financial inclusion, and decision optimisation. He has published many research articles, some of which are in top-tier journals. Olayode facilitates sessions in Analysis of Business Problems and Decision-Making (ABP) and is actively researching the application of economic principles and analytical tools to improve decision-making paradigms.
Rose Ogbechie
Rose OgbechieBusiness Ethics
Rose Ogbechie is a Senior Fellow of the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria where she teaches Business Ethics on the MBA and Executive Programs of the institution.

She holds an MBA from IESE Business School, Barcelona and a second Master’s degree in Applied Philosophy and Ethics (MAPE) from Strathmore University in Nairobi, Kenya. Prior to joining LBS, Rose had worked as the Managing Director of JMJ Consulting Ltd, a training consulting firm and as a Director in Contact Marketing Services. She was also the Director of Training at the Institute of Financial Planning/First Finance and Trust Ltd in Victoria Island, Lagos for about four years, and a banker at UBA Plc for 15 years.

Her earlier career in banking exposed her to the rigours of the Nigerian banking business environment, and running a medium size business gave her the opportunity to see the many ethical challenges which organisations face. Her expertise in Business Ethics has enabled her develop the eagerness to assist organizations learn to use ethics as a competitive strategy.

Rose consults in the broad areas of business ethics and good management practices for organizations, SMEs and NGOs. Her research interests are in the areas of ethical values, good management practices that lead to sustainability and business success. She is also interested in corporate development and growth, employee loyalty/ effectiveness and how to institutionalise business ethics in private and public companies.
Professor Okechukwu Amah
Professor Okechukwu AmahOrganisational Behaviour
Professor Okechukwu Amah is a faculty member and Research Director at Lagos Business School, where he teaches Management Communication, Human Resources, Leadership, and Organisational Behaviour. He previously lectured at Lagos State University and has facilitated executive programmes for organisations such as NLNG.

He holds a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Ibadan, and an MBA and PhD from the University of Benin. Before academia, he had a successful career at Texaco and Chevron Nigeria, rising to senior management roles in drilling, production, and operations.

His current research focuses on work-family dynamics, employee engagement, organisational citizenship, and servant leadership. He is a member of several professional bodies, including the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the American Academy of Management.
Prof. Olawale Ajai
Prof. Olawale Ajai Economic & Political Environment of Business
Prof. Olawale Ajai is a Professor of Legal, Social, and Political Environment of Business and Head of Strategy Department at Lagos Business School. He holds a PhD in Law and teaches business law, digital economy regulation, non-market strategy, and public policy. His research spans digital financial services, corporate governance, business law, and sustainability.

He has led consulting and training projects for global and national institutions including the World Bank, ExxonMobil, Dangote Plc, CBN, SEC, and NERC. He is Public Policy Lead for a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation-funded project on digital financial services and a member of the IUCN Environmental Law Commission.

Prof. Ajai has held prestigious fellowships at Yale and the University of Cape Town and served in executive roles at Dunlop Nigeria Plc. He has contributed to national policy development and legal reforms and is affiliated with several professional bodies, including the Nigerian Bar Association and Institute of Directors. He is an alumnus of LBS, IESE, and Harvard Kennedy School.
Prof. Bongo Adi
Prof. Bongo AdiEconomic & Political Environment of Business
Professor Bongo Adi is a faculty member at Lagos Business School with expertise in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), project finance, and development. Before his appointment, he was the CIPRA MTN Research Fellow at LBS, where he led research collaborations and stakeholder engagements with government agencies such as ICRC and NERC.

With over 15 years of experience in teaching, policy research, and consulting, Prof. Adi has lectured at the University of Tsukuba, Japan (as a JSPS Fellow), and the American University of Nigeria. He is a recipient of several international awards, including those from JSPS, the World Bank, and UNU.

He has consulted for global organizations including the World Bank, UNCTAD, JIRCAS, JICA, and UNU. His research focuses on electricity market design, PPPs, and the political economy of large-scale projects. He holds an MA and PhD in Development Economics from the University of Tsukuba and completed postdoctoral training in remote sensing and agricultural data mining at Japan’s National Agricultural Research Centre.
Dr Chidozie Nsoedo

Dr. Chidozie Nsoedo is a digital transformation expert and faculty member with over a decade of experience leading digital innovation in organizations. He specializes in Digital Information Systems and facilitates sessions on Information Systems.

He holds a First-Class degree in Chemical Engineering from London Southbank University and advanced qualifications in Computer Graphics, Learning & Teaching, and Health Informatics. His PhD from the University of Manchester focused on developing digital systems to improve anaesthesia safety.

Dr. Nsoedo has worked in academia and technology management roles in the UK, including at the University of Portsmouth, Hartpury College, and Queen Mary University. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director on several company boards, including Cutix PLC.

His research interests span ERP systems, digital transformation, e-services, cybersecurity, AI, and data analytics. He has authored three practical books for company directors on profitability, financial literacy, and cybersecurity. He is a member of the UK Higher Education Academy.
Dr. Marvel Ogah

Dr. Marvel Ogah is a full-time faculty member at Lagos Business School, where he teaches Operations Management. His research focuses on supply chain strategy, lean methodology, service management, and productivity improvement. Current projects include studies on digital supply chains, lean implementation challenges, quality systems evolution in Nigeria, and employee-driven productivity in manufacturing.

With over 20 years of experience in plant leadership and consulting, Dr. Ogah has led both multinational and local teams in achieving operational excellence. His expertise spans supply chain management, S&OP, process efficiency, lean enterprise, and Kaizen deployment.

He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an MBA in Operations Management from Ambrose Alli University, a PGD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos, and a Doctorate from Walden University, USA.
Prof Frank Ojadi
Prof Frank OjadiOperations Management
Professor Frank Ojadi is a seasoned academic and expert in transport economics, logistics, and supply chain management. He holds a BSc in Engineering Physics from the University of Ife, an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, and a PhD in Transport Economics from the University of Johannesburg. He has been a faculty member at Lagos Business School for over two decades, also contributing to the leadership of the school’s Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme.

Before joining academia, Prof. Ojadi held roles in operations planning, logistics, and supply chain management across several sectors including steel, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, and hospitality.

His teaching and research focus on operations management and logistics improvement methodologies. His work has been published in leading international journals and he has developed several widely-used case studies, including Sensational Foods Ltd and Talent Drycleaners, recognized among the top-selling cases in Europe.

Prof. Ojadi has consulted for companies in banking, FMCG, distribution, and urban transport on procurement and supply chain optimization. He also serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Transport and Supply Chain Management.
Dr. Obinna Muogboh
Dr. Obinna MuogbohOperations Management
Dr. Obinna Muogboh is an experienced academic and business leader with a background in industrial engineering and operations management. Before rejoining academia, he was CEO of Jess-NP Limited, a Nigerian manufacturing company, where he gained hands-on experience navigating complex business environments.

He joined Lagos Business School in 2003, serving as a faculty member and the pioneer Director of the Doctorate Programme. He has taught courses in Operations Management, Project Management, and Data Analysis. Earlier in his career, he worked as a researcher at the University of Pittsburgh’s Automation and Robotics Lab and the Centre for e-Design and Realisation.

Dr. Muogboh holds a PhD and MSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and a B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He has consulted for local and international organizations, including UNIDO, and was an African Faculty Fellow at INSEAD, France. He is a member of INFORMS (Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences).
Dr. Francis Okoye

Dr Okoye is a full-time faculty member in the department of Accounting at Lagos Business School, an experienced research consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the research industry.

He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Statistics from the University of Benin. He also has a Master degree in Financial Accounting and Doctorate degree in accounting with specialisation in Forensic Accounting.

His core area of research interest includes forensic accounting (financial statement fraud) and financial reporting. He facilitates sessions in corporate financial accounting, cost and management accounting as well as quantitative method in Business in the full-time MBA, Executive MBA, Modular Executive MBA, as well as custom programs.

In addition to teaching, Francis also engages in consulting activities. His consulting activities have included: Financial Modeling, Business Plans, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence for various firms.
Dr. Richmond Okafor

Dr. Richmond Okafor is a visionary entrepreneur, educator, and thought leader with a strong track record in business innovation and ecosystem development. He is the founder of five successful ventures, notably in the Internet product space, and was awarded the CIMN Millennial Award for Internet Product of the Year in 2000.

He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Monarch Business School, an MBA from Lagos Business School, and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Benin. He also holds certifications from Datac Control (Ireland) and Wave Wireless Institute (USA), and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.

Dr. Okafor is Chairman of Cleanmax Industries Ltd and Pushlogic Ltd, and serves as a Director at FIN ICT HUBs UK. He has delivered international talks in South Africa and Kenya, and through his coaching and consulting work including with 54 Collectives he continues to empower entrepreneurs and organisations toward transformative growth.
Professor Louis Nzegwu (PAU)
Professor Louis Nzegwu (PAU) Intro. to Marketing
Professor Louis Ifeanyi Nzegwu is a distinguished marketing scholar and faculty member at Lagos Business School. He previously served for over 20 years as Professor of Marketing and Executive Director of the International Business Resource Center at the University of Wisconsin Platteville, and held academic roles at several institutions across the U.S. and Africa.

He teaches courses in Sales Management, Global Marketing, Pricing, and Marketing Research. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, along with degrees in MBA, M.Ed., and Agricultural Economics.

Prof. Nzegwu has published extensively, consulted internationally, and earned multiple teaching awards, including the University of Wisconsin System’s highest honors. His research focuses on marketing strategy, product development, consumer behavior, and sales enablement.

He is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and an Emeritus Professor of Marketing at the University of Wisconsin, USA.
Dr. Vanessa Burgal (PAU)

Vanessa Burgal is a Marketing faculty at Lagos Business School. She has more than 20 years of experience in Europe, Africa and South-America as a Marketing Consultant, coach and university teacher working for Heineken International, Coca-Cola, United Biscuits, Agrolimen and Alimentaria Exhibitions.

She is an expert on brand development, launch and management as well as consumer understanding, market segmentation and brand positioning. Vanessa is currently a Marketing Consultant specialised in Africa. She has consulted widely with a broad range of businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and multinational companies.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree and MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. She has also the CEMS Master from HEC Business School in Paris, France.
Dr Joshua Osah

Dr Joshua Osah is a senior lecturer in the Department of Design and New Media at Pan Atlantic University. He holds a doctorate in information systems from Rhodes University. His doctoral research was focused on strategy formulation for Digital citizen engagement projects at local government level. His doctoral work produced a framework for strategy formulation for e-Government implementations in resource constrained local governments of developing countries.

Dr Osah’s professional experience is in research and learning in the field of information systems. His research interests include – information systems evaluation, information technology (IT) strategy, business intelligence, ICT for development and e-Government implementations. He is particularly interested in the employment of digital tools for development-related initiatives (e.g. Application of digital tools for – citizen engagement and transformation of MSME’s in developing countries).

Dr Osah teaches the following courses to 100, 200 and 300 level students at Pan-Atlantic University: Introduction to information science, database management systems, enterprise resource planning systems & research methodology. He has been involved in several public and private digital transformation projects over the course of his career.
Margaret Isebor
Margaret IseborBusiness Ethics
Margaret Isebor is a passionate educator committed to the holistic development of learners. She has over two decades of experience and is currently a lecturer in the Business Ethics department of Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, where she teaches Business Ethics and Nature of Man. Her areas of interest include Ethics, Anthropology, personal and organizational development, with research interests in work-life ethic, humanistic management, personal ethic, and mission-based management.

She holds a degree in English Language from the University of Ibadan, a PGDE from the University of Lagos, and both a Diploma and Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Villanueva Centro Universitario, Madrid, Spain.

Margaret collaborates annually with the Women’s Board of ECS to facilitate Philosophy courses for women, including Ethics, Philosophical Anthropology, Theological Anthropology, and Introduction to Philosophy.

Before joining LBS, she spent about two decades in the management of The Lagoon School, serving as its pioneer Head Teacher and later as Principal for six years. She grew enrolment from one to over 200 pupils in four years, implemented a standard curriculum and staff induction programme, and led the school’s transition to online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. She developed health and safety protocols that earned the school an exemption for full class capacity in 2022, designed a Professional Ethics Program for staff, and established the Centre for Excellent Teaching to enhance curriculum quality.
